Bit of a project here. Great opportunity to get into the fabulous world of real estate investing. After that the budget gonna be out the window- probably the broken one upstairs. But everybody's doing it, so why not you??? How hard could it really be to re-side and re-roof such a large home? Couldn't possibly be any harder than replacing all of the flooring, cabinets, lighting, HVAC, some electric, a bit o' plumbing and a couple vats of paint!
